Shermara is an HR expert who has established herself as the heart of the industry and also dedicated her career to advancing the HR community. With over 10-years of experience in Human Resource Management, her primary focus at SW HR Consulting LLC. is optimizing client service and enhancing business growth. Having spent years honing her HR and managerial skills, Shermara is brilliant at linking up well with other staff to provide cost-effective and results-oriented human resource services which enable clients to concentrate on their core business.

She loves bringing innovation to the table when working with clients, integrating cutting-edge approaches to relieving the organization’s daily burdens and creating an environment where organizations can thrive regardless of their size and social recognition. Master of Science – MS, Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the Southern New Hampshire University, Shermara excels at strategically tailoring her HR experience to solving organizational challenges. She implements her educational skills to converse comfortably with individuals of all education levels; helping organizations achieve optimal performance levels that promote organizational growth. As the bedrock of the business, Shermara is incredibly focused. She has a clear understanding of what it takes to satisfy clients in this fast-changing economy. Pragmatic, practical and realistic, her ability to seamlessly harness each consumer need to find the perfect solution has shaped the ethos of the business. Kimberly Newton

Sr. Human Resource Consultant

Since her induction into SW HR Consulting LLC. in 2018, Kimberly has acquired a taste for fast-paced and challenging environments, which essentially established her as an essential member of the company. With a degree in Psychology from one of the more prestigious universities, Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA., Kimberly has developed impressive recruitment skills. This allows her to overcome the challenges of finding the right people. With over 20 years of experience in corporate recruiting, she has become very intuitive at identifying and choosing quality talents for various organizations. In addition, to her corporate experience Kimberly has spent over 25 years working in a Senior Leadership role in varies non-profit organizations as well as sitting on the advisory board for Project 150 and United Youth on the Move. Her primary focus is based on helping our clients reintegrate and refocus on their recruiting process improvement and retention.

Kimberly diverse experiences in various industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical, Airlines, Casino and Education, helps to provide our clients with innovative, out-of-the-box idea to become more efficient and productive. Kimberly strives to offer clients the best possible customer service. Candidates find her genuine, and a true resource in their search for career growth. Michelle Magee

HR Business Partner

Michelle brings 16 years of HR experience at a major department store prior to SW HR Consulting LLC. She is well-versed in how to structure company policies, including time off, employee handbooks and employee relations. She joined SW HR Consulting LLC in early 2018. She has excelled in employee relations, helping to significantly reduce turnover and boost morale.

Throughout her career, Michelle most enjoyed helping employees develop throughout their career through consistent training and development. Michelle is looking forward to helping businesses grow to their fullest potential through developing their key employees. As an HR Consultant, she seeks to help businesses successfully navigate the ever-changing landscape of employment laws that may affect their operations and policies.

Eddie Lee

Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager

Eddie has more than 10 years’ experience in an array of human resources positions in diverse industries. She has held positions in HR departments in health care and manufacturing. Before joining SW HR Consulting in early 2018, Eddie served as a recruiter in the public transportation field.

In addition to recruiting, she specializes in counseling employees in finding deeper satisfaction in their work and personal lives. Prior to her career in HR, Eddie spent 10 years as an entrepreneur; this experience alone gives her an insider’s perspective on the challenges faced by small business owners. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Human Services degree from the University of Phoenix in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Eddie enjoys partnering with clients to help them develop the processes, tools and resources to identify and retain top talent.

Kristal Cobwell

Human Resource Consultant

Kristal Cobwell is a Human Resources Executive with over 14 years of diverse human resources and management experience that spans start-ups and established organizations. Joining the company in May of 2019, Kristal has quickly become a valuable addition to the SW HR Consulting LLC team. She’s skilled at leading HR initiatives, including policy design, performance management, compliance reporting, HR workflow development, and benefits administration. Her areas of specializations include policies and procedures, payroll, employee recognition, and employee relations.

Kristal’s invaluable project managerial skill shows her passion and commitments to providing HR solutions for clients. Over the years, Kristal has held human resources leadership positions for numerous notable industries such as construction, engineering, and hospitality corporations. She developed, participated, and implemented solid HR compliance audits, employee handbook development, and process improvement plans.

With her positive approach to work, core values of honesty, integrity, and exceptional work ethics, Kristal has progressively worked her way up in the human resources field. Her enthusiasm and sincerity continue to inspire a successful increase in her knowledge and expertise in managing all areas of human resources.

Shayee Swaine

Human Resource Assistant

Shaye’e Swaine is a 2017 graduate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Management and Counseling. During her undergraduate years, she competed on UNLV’s Women’s UNLV Track and Field/Cross Country team. As a student-athlete it taught her discipline, time management, and personal drive. She is a first-generation college graduate in her family.

Being a Las Vegas native all her life, she have embraced the city culture, and have worked four years in hospitality. She brings excellent customer-service to the team and is precise and punctual in everything she does. She is excited and eager to learn more about human resources, and to apply it to her professional experiences. Shaye’e has recently joined SW HR Consulting in 2019 as HR Assistant Intern, and she hope to bring her knowledgeable experiences to the SW HR Consulting team

Victor Concepcion

HR Project Manager

Before joining SW HR Consulting LLC, Victor served as a Director of Human Resources in the healthcare industry, gaining 7+ years of experience in all aspects of the HR functions, including implementing/revamping: employee handbook, policies and procedures, job descriptions, new hire orientation/ trainings, and onboarding process. Victor also specializes in payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, retention, and employee relations.

Victor is committed on providing businesses with the necessary support to become compliant and
successful in their daily HR practices, following State and Federal employment laws.
