SW HR Consulting will conduct a compliance and cultural audit with management and employees to recognize strengths and identify areas for improvement in the business operations and human resources functions. The audit aims to create increased levels of insight into which activities will shape the target culture your organization needs to function harmoniously, reveal operational and cultural problem areas, and provide recommendations and suggestions for remedying these problems.
2. HR Build-Out

A compliance and cultural audit is the first action step. The baseline of data gathered is then used to build a roadmap for either a redesign of your existing HR department or a brand new build-out. This roadmap will address all the initiatives that need to start, stop, or be altered, in order to align the HR functions with the operational vision of your organization. The second action step is to initiate recommended actions based on the results of the audit.

Following the implementation of the redesign or build-out, SW HR Consulting can act either as a functional HR Service Provider in lieu of hiring full time HR support staff and/or in an advisory capacity to your organization in order to ensure the success and alignment of new business strategies.
