For those clients who do not wish to use our “start to finish” full cycle consulting support, we do offer exclusive resume sourcing/screening services. We will identify, qualify and present your talent in a personalized package to you. This is a flat service fee as a bundled package. This gives you the flexibility of interviewing, building rapport and engaging your candidates on your own timeline. There are no additional fees. We will never send your candidates to any other customers: once you get these candidates, they are exclusively yours. Additionally, we can also provide batches of other “unscreened” résumés for your needs at a lower flat fee rate. This feature is great for firms who do not want to waste money on advertising that isn’t guaranteed to work since our efforts are proactive & targeted.
